They are very quick to respond!! ❤️ I had reached out late at night through their website and I received response early the next morning! My heater stopped working and I needed someone to come out asap! They scheduled a tech to come out same day!Posted on Google
Natalie BaughAnswered all my questions did a tune up working now was very friendly. I give a thumbs upPosted on GoogleEvelyn CorralesGarreck and Kole did a phenomenal job. My system was running but continually short cycling and not able to reach the target temperature. I called Utah Climate Pros and they were at my home within two hours. These guys knew exactly what to look for and determined the root cause (water damaged control board) and fixed it all within an hour and a half. They were professional, communicated extremely well, fast, and did an amazing job. I don’t think I would ever use another company unless these guys were not available for some reason. FIVE STARS!!Posted on Googlechris ciracVery professional, consideratePosted on GoogleMatt WilcoxThe Utah Climate Pros team of Tristan Tyler Mark and Gerreck did a fantastic job with quality workmanship and answered all my questions the new system look’s and run greatPosted on GoogleKeith biesingerThey were on time and clean and efficient and answered any questions I had in operation!Posted on GoogleMark MinerFACTS - I had FOUR estimates done for a full furnace, A/C, and water heater. Utah climate pros were by far the best. Showed up on time for my estimate, was respectful of my home, and was ready for any questions I had. Pricing packages were simple to see and clear. Not "let me make a phone call". They made my decision easy. INSTALLATION - I had a very small space to work in and they didn't question it. Kole and crew knocked it out. I did a tankless water heater as well and I love it. I am picky and like/expect things done well. It looks so clean! He Fixed my web of water lines, gas lines, and got me up to code. Even every wire is zip tied. Such a beautiful clean install! EXACTLY what I wanted from my purchase- Someone who takes pride in their work. This RHEEM system will run me 20+ years I'm sure. What a relief.Posted on GoogleBlue JFantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with at UT Climate Pros were knowledgeable and professional. I cannot imagine a better experience and will recommend UT Climate Pros to my neighbors and friends.Posted on GoogleChad MattesGarrek was absolutely amazing! He took his time to explain everything and walk through what he did, and what he thought was the issue. A little back round we got a brand new ac and furnace two years ago, and the company we went through went out of business as we were having a lot of issues. After working with a few different hvac companies, Garrek really showed what makes him, and Utah climate pros different from anyone else. I could not recommend them enough!Posted on GoogleMichael dejongVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
